At Chevignon USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before affixing the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
